Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Refundable Credit Policy: We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, in order to maintain the efficiency of our operations and uphold our commitment to providing quality service, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy: 1. Cancellation: - Customers must notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of session or entire booking fee. 2. No-Refundable Credit: - In the event of a cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking, customers will receive a credit for the scheduled session or full amount paid. - This credit can be applied towards a future booking with us, subject to availability. - The credit is non-transferable and must be used within [specify time frame, event, e.g., 1 months] from the date of the original booking. - No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. 3. Rebooking: - Customers wishing to use their credit for a future booking must contact us to make arrangements. - Rebooking is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. - Failure to use the credit within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the credit. (1 month) 4. Exceptions: - In the case of extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable travel disruptions, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. By booking with us, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this cancellation and no-refundable credit policy.
