INDEPENDENCE:  

 

Truth Sports LLC operates independently from any Public and or Private entity. While occasional training at their facility, Truth Sports LLC and MHSAA basketball programs or any other Private entities are separate entities. Purchases made through Truth Sports LLC website or other platform does not guarantee placement.

DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP: 

 

Athletes who participate in Truth Sports LLC training often experience significant gains in skill development and leadership growth. However, participation in Truth Sports LLC does not guarantee placement on any sports program, organization or team, including MHSAA, NCAA, NJCAA, NAIA, FIBA, or any other regional or international programs/organizations (including those in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Canada).

REFUND POLICY

 

Generally, Truth Sports LLC does not offer refunds. Refund requests may be considered on special occasions, provided they are submitted at least 48 to 72 hours before a scheduled session. Memberships require a minimum 30 day notice before cancellation. Exceptions may be made for emergencies, such as family emergencies or significant personal matters.
